i’ve just made some home made chicken nugget, but it seem a little dry after frying.I did experiement and baking it, but its still not moist enough. How can i make my chicken nugget slightly moist, is there a particular parts of the chicken that i should use ( im currently using the ****** meat). Oh i blend the chicken meat into paste form.
