first be friends people somtimes like things slowly! so first smile and say hey!!! and then get the number or email and talk then go out to dates and then its the hey you wana be my gf? lol good luck

I read this 4 times and came up with how do you make a girl (that you do not know well) your girlfriend?
First off, talk to her! Say hello, ask about her day, ask her to meet you for lunch or coffee. You have to get to know her if you’d like to date her!
See how she responds to this. If she says Yes, then great! Read her body language at the date — is she sitting close to you? Nervous? Leaning in? Laughing? Smiling?
If she says No, at least you don’t have to worry/wonder about her… you can go find someone else to be a potential partner (:
