Normally, your hair should grow half an inch every month. I learned this from my hair dresser.
it really depends on your hair and how well you take care of it now. no coloring, no product besides shampoo. i also went through a scene hair time and i ended up cutting it all off and letting it grow out but it’s not necessary.
i also took biotin, which is just a vitamin you can get practically anywhere. it helps strengthen hair (and nails!) to give it a healthier look. because my hair was healthier (or this is all in my mind) it seemed to grow faster.
