I agree with 2strokes…we asked what everyone liked to drink whether it alcoholic or not, and brought what they all liked on the last day of work.

make like a gift basket, candy, cookies etc., we build homes and the customers always do things like that, something that little says a whole lot

How about a practical gift?
Torches are always handy for tradespeople, but the batteries go flat.
An LED wind-up torch will always work, no matter how long it’s left in the glove box or toolbox.
